Refund and Return Policy:

Thanks for purchasing our products at JLWorkShop Crafts

In order to be eligible for a refund, first please contact us through the contact page or JLWorkShopCrafts@gmail.com with the issue within 30 calendar days of your purchase. If it is determined the item should be returned, the product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Customer pays shipping costs.

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery

Processing Time – Ready-made items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom items will have a processing time sent to you at time of order.

Estimated Delivery Time –Please allow up to one week once the item has been shipped due to shipping delays. Please give adequate time especially during holiday periods.
