Twist and Pop
Okay, so here it goes, my first blog post! I wanted to share with you all a twist and pop card that I made using my Cricut Maker. I first cut the pieces on my maker and used the black fine point pen to draw the presents and cake. For the white squares with the images, I used my go to paper for alcohol inks, Canson Mixed Media. Once cut, I used my Spectrum Noir Trip tip markers to color in each Image. I was careful to to color over the black lines as the alcohol ink does make the ink from the Cricut run. For the front, I used Kindred Stamps Digital Noise stencil and Tim Holtz distress inks (pink and yellow) to create the blend.
The card was soo much fun to make, ALMOST as fun as watching it open and close a few times :)
Thank you for taking the time to read my first post!
I do not receive any commission for mentioning these products, I just like to share what works for me!
